From the Valepiñeiro vineyard, one of the highest plots managed by CASAR DE BURBIA in the area of Valtuille de Arriba; with clay soils and, chemically, rich in aluminum and iron with traces of quartz.

This is a fleshy wine, with great complexity and length. A clear “burgundy style” white, elaborated in 500 and 700 liter French oak barrels, in which there is a closed batonnage by turning the barrels on the wheels that support it without opening the stopper with the purpose of maintaining the oxide-reduction equilibrium intact. After ten months in French oak, the resulting white wine undergoes a reductive aging for seven months in stainless steel tanks with its fine lees. Finally, the wine is bottled and remains for a few months to finish perfecting itself before its presentation.
